Here is my first project for the CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge :
I'm using the Priscillastyles Fan. Here is a close-up.
I enlarged the fan to almost fill the page. I then coloured it with my aqua-pencils and blended it. I cut it out, folded it and added a blingy brad.
