Another New Year's ATC

This little ATC was a bit dull until I added some glitter. :)
I used the same materials as for my previous ATC.


I would like to enter my ATC in the Anything Goes challenge at ATCs with Attitude.

    Thanks for the 2fer here at ATCs With Attitude-Love your stamp that looks like fire works and the sparklies in the centers. A very happy ATC.
