Another Bathing Beauty!

This is my third ATC for the Lunagirl Bathing Beauties challenge!


Lunagirl put a few images on her blog to add some inspiration for the challenge and this image is the one that started it for me. That is why I'm ending with this one! We are allowed 3 entries, so I will use the other images at a later stage.

It is an amusing image, rather risqué for that era, almost strange. I printed the image out a bit more saturated to pop the colours. Love my printer - can do this without touching the image as such! I like the almost garish look. It reminds me of old photo albums and old greeting cards as well.

The corners were made with gold card, the blue back was rubbed with gold metallic pastel and the gold bow echoes the bows on the girl's stockings.

    Thanks so much for entering my Bathing Beauties blog challenge! I love all three entries. This one is great the way you made the colors almost "technicolor" like old postcards, and I love the gold corners like in old photo albums. Good luck in the challenge!
